The beat really kills the song, Yuk spits flames but the beat is so wussy that it makes an “Enya” beat sound like a “DJ Premier” beat. Good(For the lyrics)

2. Dem Can’t Win(Feat Yukmouth, Tah Tah, Gangsta Girl)

Not feelin this track that much, the beat is just boring, and the chorus is terrible. Wack

3. Welcome 2 Da Bay(Feat Luniz, Mac Dre, & Messy Marv)

DOPE DOPE DOPE! This is a Bay Area anthem right here. Everyone comes tight and it’s always nice to see the Luniz reunite. DOPE!

4. I’m So Cool(Feat Yukmouth, Dru Down, LiL Ron, Richie Rich)

Saucy? I’d say so. Man the beat and the girl singin is just so relaxing. Dru Down’s verse is a little off but is still good. Good

5. Top Thugg(Feat Yukmouth)

Wow this is a train wreck for 2 reasons. 1. The beat sucks horribly and 2. Yukmouth doesn’t come tight. Train Wreck

6. Da Lot(Feat Monstah Ganjah, Nyce, & Yukmouth)

Well both Monstah Ganjah and Nyce are signed to Smoke Alot Records and Monstah sounds like a wacker version of Phatz Boss(I mean seriously why sign this guy when you got a doper Phatz already?), and Nyce sounds like Eve but a little better from what I’m hearing. Average

7. Desperado(Feat Yukmouth & Young Noble)

Man the chorus is corny. I’m not feeling Young Noble that much, but Yuk rips it. Average

8. No Way(Feat Numskull, Deidre Selene, & Yukmouth)

Well if you get rid of the girl singin the hook then this would be a classic Luniz track. Good(Had to minus points for the girl singin)

9. N Thugz We Trust(Feat Keak Da Sneak, Brotha Lynch Hung, & Yukmouth)

Wow I thought I’d never hear a wack Lynch beat, but I have and this beat is terrible and cheap sounding. Lynch has the first verse and rips it, Keak does the chorus and the second verse proclaiming himself the “Black Slim Shady” in which I just busted up laughing, and Yuk rips the last verse. Good(For the verses)

10. Fu*k Friends(Feat Yukmouth & Mac Minister)

DOPE DOPE DOPE! My favorite song on the album. EA Ski hooked up a very dope beat and on the first verse Yuk disses “Too Short”, then on the second verse he disses “Scarface”, and the final verse he disses “Master P”. He rips “Too Short” and “Master P” to shreds but doesn’t diss “Scarface” that well in my opinion. DOPE!

11. Gunz N Rosez(Feat Mac Dre, Yukmouth, Rida, & Bart)

Song is pretty good. Good

12. Neva(Feat Yukmouth, Dru Down, & Big Bear)

Pretty dope track, but seriously why is Big Bear on this track? Sure he does the chorus but ever since his album cover with all those bears on it I can’t take him seriously. Oh well Dru and Yuk rip it. Good

13. Datz Gangsta(Feat yukmouth, Monstah Ganjah, & Nyce)

DOPE DOPE DOPE! I love the beat and Yukmouth tears this track to shreds. Who cares about the other people on this track, it’s all about yukmouth. DOPE!

14. Money, Murder, & Sex(Feat Phatz Boss & Jazzie Pha)

Well you’d think this track is dope but actually it’s a train wreck. You wanna know why? Because they had Phatz and Jazzie on the same track and manage to screw it up. Train Wreck.

15. Dragon Style(Feat Daisey, Yukmouth, & Louie Loc)

Not bad, it’s all about lyrics on this one. Good

16. So Quick So Easy(Feat Numskull, Deidre Selene, & Yukmouth)

Ahhhh de ja vu and the girl still sucks at singing. This is one terrible track, Num sounds like he drank a six pack before he rapped on this track. Train Wreck.

17. We Getting It(Feat D-Don & Yukmouth)

WACK! WACK! WACK! Man what is with the first guy rapping? He makes Project Pat sound like Rakim. Train Wreck

18. United Ghetto’s Of America(Feat Outlawz, MC Eiht, C-Bo, Cold 187, Mad Lion, & Yukmouth)

Pretty good track, nice way to end the album. Good

All in all this is an Average album. If you’re a huge Luniz fan then cop this but if you’re not then stay away from this album.

Regime Presents: Thugg Lordz

1. Regime Thugg Lordz(Feat C-Bo)

Nice piano beat. LiL Ki comes with a nice verse followed by Mad Max with a very dope verse(Of course!), and C-Bo with a very fast rapid good verse. Good

2. Hate Me Again(Feat Yukmouth)

Sadly this is the only Yuk appearance on the album. Beat is a little boring to me but they all step up and rip the track. Chorus is crap though. Good.

3. Whatcha Gonna Do(Feat Killa Tay)

Beat is pretty dope nothing special but it gets the job done. Killa Tay comes with the best verse I have ever heard from him(Man he just ripped it). Ki and Max rip it as well. Good

4. Time Of Day(Feat Steady Mobbin)

My favorite track on the album. Man this beat is nice and dark. Former No Limit Souljas Steady Mobbin join Ki and Max for this great track. LiL Ki starts it off with a good verse, then Max just rips it(I mean tears it to shreds). Steady Mobbin come dope as well. DOPE!

5. My Life’s Hard

More dark beats and I love it! But this is a dark bouncy beat(If there is such a thing). Everyone comes tight. DOPE!

6. The Best(Feat Phats Bossi)

Phats has the most consistent flow ever. I have never heard a weak verse from this guy and I can’t wait to hear a solo album from him. Beat is pretty average though and the chorus is laughable. But the rappers save this. Good(For the raps!)

7. Thuglord Religion

Decent piano beat but this song just bores me. I dunno it’s just too plain for me. Average

8. Fake *****es

Good track, I like the girl singing. Mad Max shines! Good

9. Thug Nigga

DOPE DOPE DOPE! That’s all I gotta say! DOPE!

10. My Life

11. Try’n To Come Up

Very dope track, it’s got a nice laid back beat. DOPE!

12. Unstoppable

Nice mob style beat(With a guitar thrown in!), I actually like the chorus. Phats joins Mad Max and LiL Ki on this one. Good

13. Big Sh@#(Feat Killa Tay)

Pretty good track albeit a little boring. Good

14. Live In The Shoes

Good way to end the album. Good

I’m gonna give this album a Good rating. Mad Max really stepped up here, LiL Ki came tight but Mad Max showed heart. I say buy this album!

Dru Down – Explicit Game

1. Pimp Of The Year

Classic track produced by Ant Banks. Dru just basically talkin about mackin on women and pimpin them. DOPE!

2. Ice Cream Man

Another classic cut. Gino Blackwell produced this bangin beat. Knumskull tears this track up! DOPE!

3. Rescue 911

WHOA! This is one of the best storytelling tracks of all time. Yukmouth is kidnapped see and Dru has to get money to save him, sure it sounds basic but Yuk goes into detail and makes this song a classic. Sure Dru comes dope but this track is all Yuk. DOPE!

4. Realer Than Real

I love the “Baby” samples. Classic Dru Down cut. DOPE!

5. Rigged

Average to me. Average

6. Bad Boys

Dru Down’s singing at the beginning is classic! Dope track. DOPE!

7. Should Have Said So

Nice laid back cut. Dru rappin about women. Good

8. Talkin Shit

SAAUUCCYYY!!!!!!! Dope bouncy beat by Ant Banks! Dru rips the track. DOPE!

9. Ain’t No Stoppin

Average track to me. Average

10. Hoo Ride

OOOHHHWEEE!!!! Yuk & Knum join Dru on this track and all come tight. The beat is “Electric Slide” just tweaked up a little. DOPE!

11. Call Me Dru Down

I’m not feeling this track. Wack

12. No One Loves You

DOPE DOPE DOPE! This is classic Dru right here. DOPE!

13. Talk How U Feel

Very dope track, Gino Blackwell produced a banger here. DOPE!

14. Fools From The Streets

Luniz join Dru on this track and I love the beat, the piano is a nice touch. DOPE!

15. Bonus Track

Nice way to end the album, C&H introduces Dru Down, Knum, and Yuk who all come tight. I love the beat. DOPE!

All in all this gets a DOPE! rating, sure there were some songs not up on the DOPE! level but I’m a biased Dru and Luniz fan so deal with it. Cop this album now! This is a classic Bay Area album.

Luniz – Operation Stackola

“Put The Lead On Ya” was a great way to kick-off “Operation Stackola”. Numskull and Yukmouth both spit fire over the grimy production of Tone Capone. Dru Down spits one of his career-best verses on this track. Dru Down and the Luniz have an undeniable chemistry together. I’m lovin’ the Eazy-E sample on this track.

03.) “I Got 5 On It” (5 out of 5)

It’s very difficult to describe how outstanding this record is. If you can’t remember where you were the first time you heard this track… then there’s something wrong with you. Numskull and Yukmouth perform what can be argued as their career-best (group) lyrical performance over one of the greatest instrumentals of all-time. To say the least… this track has stood the test of time. More than a classic.

04.) “Broke Ho’s” (5 out of 5)
Produced by Shock G.
Numskull and Yukmouth flawlessly flow over one of Shock G.’s signature piano-driven productions. This is a truely hypnotic production. The VERY SECOND you hear the hook… you’ll NEVER be able to get it out of your head. This is a personal favorite of mine.

05.) “Pimps, Playas, Hustlas” (feat. Dru Down and Richie Rich) (4.5 out of 5)
Produced by N.O. Joe
Dru Down, Numskull, Richie Rich and Yukmouth ALL tear N.O. Joe’s outstanding production to shreds. Dru Down and Richie Rich are the absolute best MC’s that the Luniz could have recuited for this track. The only complaint (and it’s hardly a complaint) I have about this cut is that the hook can become SOMEWHAT annyoing after a while.

06.) “Playa Hata” (5 out of 5)

When I say that “Playa Hata” by the Luniz is a personal favorite of mine… I mean it! This song would probrobly rank as my second or third favorite song of all-time. If you ask me… the Luniz are easily one of the best group’s in Hip-Hop history. This track is proof of that statement. The production on “Playa Hata” is absolutly PERFECT! Everything about this track is a picture of perfection, from the flow of Numskull and Yukmouth to the hook. It still amazes me how the Luniz (along with E-A-Ski and CMT) were able to perfect Bobby Caldwell’s classic slow-jam.

07.) “Broke Niggaz” (feat. Knucklehead and Eclipse) (4 out of 5)

The highlight of this track is the grimy production of DJ Fuse. Knucklehead and Eclipse both drop nice verses (more-so Knucklehead). Numskull and Yukmouth (as usual) drop outstanding verses.

08.) “Operation Stackola” (4.5 out of 5)

If you ask me… this is THE BEST group lyrical performance in the history of West Coast Hip-Hop. The production of N.O. Joe is outstanding on this track. I’ll probrobly be annoyed in a few months when I read this again and wonder why I didn’t give it a “5”.

09.) “5150” (4.5 out of 5)

I can’t get enough of the “Shock-Jesus” intro on this track. Numskull and Yukmouth both have a criminally under-rated flow. You gotta love the hook. After listening to this track all you can do is pray that the Luniz and Shock G. will one day re-unite and make music like this again.

10.) “900 Blame A Nigga” (4 out of 5)

Numskull and Yukmouth for the um-teenth time spit fire over an outstanding West Coast production. Eventhough the “redneck’s” on this track are hilarious (and they serve a purpose), it kind-of ruins the flow of this track.

11.) “Yellow Brick Road” (5 out of 5)
Produced by N.O. Joe
The ORIGINAL Ice Cream Man… Yukmouth and his parter in crime, Numskull put-on a classic lyrical performance for the sequel to Dru Down’s 1994 underground classic “Ice Cream Man”. “Ya Mama got a long-ass throat when she drinks milk, by the time it get’s to her throat it’s spoiled!”… CLASSIC! N.O. Joe sure-as-hell LACED the Luniz on this track.

12.) “So Much Drama” (feat. Nik Nack) (3.5 out of 5)
Produced by Terry T
The production (along with Nik Nack’s verse) are very average on this track. The track is improved with the lyrical performances of Numskull and Yukmouth. “So Much Drama” includes the first of MANY disses to Master P (from the Luniz) for jacking Yukmouth’s “Ice Cream Man” alias.

13.) “She’s Just A Freak” (3.5 out of 5)
Produced by Gino Blackwell
The production of Gino Blackwell rates at about a “3.5”. The highlight of “She’s Just A Freak” is the lyrical performance from Yukmouth. Although the hook is absolutly HILARIOUS… it’s rather annoying. Don’t let your lady hear this cut… LOL!

14.) “Plead Guilty” (4.5 out of 5)
Produced by DJ Darryl
This was the best way to end “Operation Stackola”. Numskull and Yukmouth spit FIRE over the outstanding production of DJ Darryl.

15.) “Outro”

CONCLUSION: “Operation Stackola” is an undeniable classic from one of the best group’s to ever enter the West Coast Hip-Hop scene. Everything about this album is top-notch, from the production to the lyrical performances of Numskull and Yukmouth. It’s a damn shame that this album doesn’t recieve as much credit as it deserves. I urge you to go purchase this album!

Sticky Fingaz – Decade

Sticky Fingaz follow up album to his classic debut – Blacktrash.

1. Intro

a dedication by Sticky to his mentor Jam Master Jay along with Pac, BIG, Left Eye.

2. Let’s Do It ft. X1, Columbo

The computer voice in the background is crazy annoying. If it wasn’t for that, the production would be insane. It’s a slow flow by Sticky but it’s hard and dark. The chorus is simple but overshadowed by the robot voice ruining the track. Sticky’s brother X1 delivers a good appearance.

3. What U Here For ft. Omar Epps

Another slow flow by Sticky which goes nicely over the beat, which is very repetitive and simple. Not much to the production. The chorus is insanely bad. Omar Epps shows up again on Sticky’s album.

4. Can’t Call It

An Arabic sounding beat in the background but the profuction fails for the 3rd time in a row due to the constant repetitiveness of the bassline. The chorus is another downfall to the track. Overall not a very good track.

5. Hot Now

Another slow flow to Sticky in this track. His lyrics are good but there are points in the track where he’s interrupted and then the chorus kicks in which runs too long for such a simple and not very catchy hook.

6. I Love The Streetz ft. Omar Epps

A more westcoast sounding track and a good flow by Sticky in all verses he drops. The first track on the album worth replaying. It’s a little slow, but not bad, average.

7. Bad Guy ft. My Quan

The production is a little better on this track. It’s a little odd to hear Sticky collab with a R&B chorus. The flow isn’t too bad, the lyrics come nice. A good track to chill to.

8. Shot Up

Production on this track is dark and hard, something you’d hear in a movie which suits the lyrics and hardness to the track. His flow is nice and the track comes hard, even with the chorus. A tight track, more what you can expect from Sticky.

9. Girl

Why this track followed Shot Up is beyond me. The styles are totally different, and not in a good way. Production is horrid, and Sticky’s flow/lyrics are shit. The chorus is annoying. Horrible track.

10. Caught In Da Game

More singsong style to this track again, which just doesn’t work for Sticky. While his verses hit hard with good lyrics and a nice flow, production and chorus take this track down.

11. No More

Another R&B track but this time it works. Sticky gives a laid back flow that makes you listen to what he says in this relationship track. Production is smooth and laid back, decent track.

12. Do Da Damn Thing ft. Est, X1

Ahh man, the beginning of the track makes you think some hardcore grimey Onyx is about to hit, but you get let down quickly when it slows down and switches into some singing again. The verses are slow but not bad. The track isn’t bad but after the initial letdown, you can’t enjoy it.

13. Another Niguh

You know when someone hits numbers on their phone in your ear, that’s what the production sounds like. Irritating. Sticky does the best he can over the horid production and disguistingly annoying chorus. Bad track, skip it.

14. I Don’t Know ft. Fredro Starr

A Onyx reunion sampling a TV theme but it reminds you of JayZ’s Hard Knock Life with the children’s singing. A little too much and it ruins the track. Not very good.

15. Suicide Letter

Better production, dark and hard and Sticky delivers finally a track that you expect from him. Grimey as hell, the entire track is off the chains. Maybe it’s my headphones but the production seems a little too loud, but it’s bar far the best track on the album.

16. Just Like Us ft. Geneveese, X1

A slow track with grimey Sticky style lyrics, the production is good, it matches Sticky’s flow in the song. The chorus again is the downfall to the track.

17. Get Smashed Up ft. Tex and Thirty Seven OD

Song takes a while to get going but the production is banging, it’ll hit hard in your speakers and the verses roll nicely over the beats. Decent track.

After Sticky’s Blacktrash album a lot of fans were anxiously awaiting his follow up expecting another classic. But if you were to look up Sophomore Slump in the rap dictionary, expect to see this album’s cover as a diagram. After Blacktrash, rumours were that Dr. Dre was to overlook his second album and lay down the beats. Something you can only wish happened since the production on this album was horrible, plain horrible. The guest appearances were horrible, the choruses horrible, the attempts at R&B style tracks failed.
Sticky himself came decently with his flows but most of them were slow, laid back and not the hardcore grimey many fans come to expect. One word can sum this album up – disappointing. I don’t even want to get started on how bad it let me down. Hopefully the third installment will pick up, as a huge Sticky fan, I can only pray.

GP – THE BEAST Is Finally Released

GP’s not a very famous rapper. After doing 10 years in the pen he came out and appeared on the Death Row release “Too gangsta 4 radio”, and on the Suga Free Mausberg Connected CD. GP’s making sure that we know this on his album cover… He’s also wearing a Death Row chain, and that seemed weird to me considering he’s not on Death Row. In the booklet of this album he’s explaining why he’s wearing it tho… out of respect for Suge Knight and Tupac Shakur… Apparently Suge Knight gave it to him. GP released one album before this one named “Finally”. I haven’t heard it tho.

From the previous tracks I heard from GP, the only thing I know is that he sounds like a rawer version of DMX or Ja Rule.

1 Intro

2. Back 2 back heat

GP sounds kinda like DMX or Ja Rule, minus the singing. GP come out raw on this track even though the production is too slow for him. The chorus is almost the same as on “The Coff” from “Too gangsta 4 radio”. I still think this is a cool song.

3. What type of nigga U-B (feat. Lil Darrelle & Mally Mall)

When this album came out, Lil Darrelle and Mally Mall has both released their solo albums on “Just on GP Records”. These artists sound really good to me, especially Lill Darrelle. GP’s raw as usual and the beat is a little bit more up-tempo than the last one. Overall a good track.

4. Can’t get enough (feat. Keak Da Sneak)

“Can’t get enough” has a really neat beat and the hook is tight and very catchy. Keak Da Sneak is overshining GP, who is kind of wack on this track. It’s still the best song this far.

5. The Beast (feat. L.A Strange) (Titled as “Who don’t know”)

This track got an intro and it’s funny. They’re talking about GP on Death Row and someone says; “We don’t need GP and Suge Knight to hook up!”. The song itself is a slow jam and I can’t help but thinking about DMX when listening to it. GP’s doing one of those track DMX always do – talking to/about god and how some people shouldn’t have died. I also can’t help but thinking that GP is raw. It seems impossible for GP to come out like a softie. Overall a nice production by Kreep, who also produced the 2 previous tracks. The album says this is “Who don’t know”, but it’s clearly “The Beast”.

6. Who don’t know (feat. Skee 64oz) (Titled as “The Beast”)

They talk that shit, but they don’t walk that shit. They ain’t gangsta. This is the message and GP’s stressing that he’s worked with Death Row and some other shit he says that everyone knows, i.e he worked with Quik. GP seems to be a lil off beat on this one, but it’s got a cool beat and a tight hook so overall it’s still an average track. Too bad they *****ed up the tracklisting on the cover.

7. The hustle inside of me (feat. Sunny B)

Big Hollis produced this. He also produced the GP track on Too gangsta 4 radio called “The Coff”. It’s the same beat but mixed. They removed some sounds and added others. GP’s got new verses and a new hook tho and it’s a cool track overall. GP’s raw as ***** and I like that.

8. Skit (But titled as “Bad seed” on the cover)

GP’s gonna be the first to make them bleed. The track is about how hard GP and JJ are… They’re doing it over a really soft production tho and that’s taking the edge off it. It’s a nice track but not one of my favourites.

10. Sneaky (feat. Lil Darrelle, Doe & Mally Mall)

Mally Mall starts off this track with a tight verse to poor production, and then GP kicks in with a tight chorus. The production’s getting better and better as the track is playing and that, together with tight guests, saves the track. GP seems mad as ***** and he’s coming out raw like he always do.

11. Gangstad out (feat. Gangsta)

The intro for this track is a clip of George Bush saying “Fellow Americans… it’s time… let’s roll!” and GP’s saying that he’s trying to be gangsta, laughing at him. The intro’s also the best part of this song because the rest is wack. The production might be good, and GP might be coming out good, but together they suck. It also seems weird that a rapper named himself “Gangsta”.

12. The letter

An other track where GP’s saying how he’s fresh out the pen. Not one of my favourite tracks. It’s a skipper.

13. Like that (feat. Da-Da, Zo & Bra)

Just as I was getting tired of this album, this track kicks in. With tight production from Da-Da, who is also rapping on the track, this is a banger. Da-Da, Zo, Bra and GP are all coming out very tight here. This is definitely a banger and by far the best track on this album this far!!! This is the kinda shit I want!!!

14. Pimp bones (feat. Skee 64oz & B-Bay)

Damn, I was hoping for another track like “Like that”, but this track is kind of wack. “Pimp bones” is about how GP is a pimp and a gangsta. I don’t like this one at all. The only highlight is the last verse by GP. It’s cool.

15. I blow wit (feat. Lil Darrelle)
Keep rollin up fatties! I think you can guess what this one is about… yep, smoking. The beat is up-tempo and it’s cool, but the production overall is not above average. It’s an average track.

16. Finally etc

This is more of a skit than a full song. The track is 2,37 long and the intro for it is about 1,30. It’s about how GP’s escaping from prison to look for whoever set him up. If I understand him right, this is a snippit from his first album. I haven’t heard it and just like he’s saying… I better get it if I wanna hear the full track.

This album sold 6000 copies and that might seem very little, but keep in mind that GP is independent and 99% of the albums sold was probably in Los Angeles only.

Overall, I liked this album. It was very good for being a totally independent release. GP’s coming out very raw and I like that. I DID kinda get tired of him, tho. A lot of the tracks sounded the same and when I got to nr 12 I was tired of it. Nr 13 was “Like that” and that cheered me up. It’s a very tight track and my favourite track on this album. Production on the album wasn’t what I had hoped for, so that’s gonna lower the grade. If GP will ever hook up with a major record company I’ll be the first to cop his album.

I’ll grade this album 3 out of 5, which is a good grade for an underground release like this.

Tha Alkaholiks – X.O. Experience

2. Bar Code(Feat Xzibit)
E-Swift lays down a pretty good beat but it’s nothin special. The chorus re-uses Freaknasty’s “Da Dip” but replacing “dip” with “sip”. Xzibit rips it.

3. Run Wild(Feat Shae Fiol)
Rockwilder lays down a bangin beat. Tash rips the track(As usual), but the lady singin is annoying.

4. L-I-K-S-E
Swift lays down a dope horn type beat. Good song.

5. Bully Foot Skit

6. Bully Foot(Feat Busta Rhymes)
Wow they really blew what coulda been a classic collab track. Awful beat, awful song.

7. My Dear(Feat Defari)
The most slept on rapper ever Defari guests on this track. They re-use the “My dear my dear my dear” from the Pharcydes “Passin Me By”.

Very dope track, though the numerous “da da da da da” sayings get annoying in the beginning. Tash and J-Ro rip it.

10. 40 Oz Quartet Part 1
I guess this is a skit, it’s like a minute long but does feature J-Ro rappin a lil.

E-Swift produces a banger. Dope track. J-Ro rips it.

Never thought the Liks would work with the Neptunes but they did and this is the track. This is your average Neptunes beat, but Tash and J-Ro try their best to make it sound dope. Decent track not my fav. Pharrell sings an awful chorus.

Same as part 1, but Tash is rappin.

Ok track nothin special.

E-Swift produces a weird soundin beat, it’s ok though. Legendary King T joins the Liks on this track. Average song.

18. 151(Feat Xzibit)
My fav song on the album, man this song is a Lik’s classic. J-Ro and Tash rip it, with Xzibit doin the chorus. This one is a banger.

19. Promote Violins(Feat Kurupt)
E-Swift produces a crazy orchestra type beat and Kurupt starts it off and rips the track, J-Ro does the second verse and probably has the best verse on the song, and Tash rips it. Banger.

All in all I’ll give this one a 4/5, I’m a huge Likwit Crew fan and this one quenched my thirst. Cop this album!

Ok what was the point of this? It’s just Snoop sayin he’s the boss over an annoying beat produced by E-Swift.

Jelly Roll produces a wack beat, this track sucks. Skip it.

4. From Tha Chuuuuch To The Palace(Feat Pharrell)
Dope track produced by the Neptunes. Dope chorus(Though simple) and Snoop comes tight.

5. I Believe In You(Feat Latoiya Williams)
Hi-Tek produces a beautiful beat. Great track. Latoiya sings great. Her and Snoop have good chemistry.

6. Lollipop(Feat Jay-Z, Soopafly, and Nate Dogg)
Just Blaze produced the track and it has a funky whistle type beat. Average song though.

7. Ballin(Feat Dramatics and LiL Half Dead)
Battlecat produced the beat. This song sucks. Skip it.

8. Beautiful(Feat Pharrell and Charlie Wilson)
Neptunes produced the track and it’s the average soundin Neptunes beat. This song is boring.

9. Paper’d Up(Feat Mr. Kane and Traci Nelson)
Fredwreck produced the track and this song is about of course “money”. Kokane is awful. Other than that it’s a dope track.

10. Wasn’t Your Fault
LT Hutton produced the track and it’s an average beat, just basically talkin about ho’s. Nothin special and played out.

Fredwreck produced a banger, dope track.

12. Hour Glass(Feat Goldie Loc and Mr. Kane)
Wack skip it.

13. The One And Only
This is what I’m talkin about. The Legendary DJ Premier finally produces a Snoop solo track. Best song on the album, man with all that wack garbage in the beginning it’s nice to hear some real hip hop.

14. I Miss That *****(Feat E-White)
Hi-Tek produced the track and it’s ok. The numerous “I miss that *****” singin in the background will make you skip this track.

15. From Long Beach 2 Brick City(Feat Redman, Nate Dogg, and Warren G)
Very very dope track. Fredwreck produced a banger. Redman straight rips it. Nate sings a dope chorus and Snoop comes tight.

16. Suited And Booted
Meech Wells produced the track and it’s decent.

17. You Got What I Wanted(Feat Ludacris, Goldie Loc, and Charlie Wilson)
Awful awful track. Skip it.

18. Batman & Robin(Feat Lady of Rage & RBX)
DJ Premier produced another banger, really clever track as RBX plays the commissioner, Lady of rage plays Robin, and Snoop plays Batman. Tight track.

Josef Leimberg produced the track, and this is Snoop’s diss to Suge Knight, it’s okay.

All in all I give this a 2.5/5, really just a bad album. Too many cliche’d tracks and piss poor production. Some bright spots but those are buried under the garbage.

Jadakiss – Kiss The Game Goodbye

Dope beat by Swizz, nice singin at the begining of the song. Jada comes tight as usual.

3. Show Discipline(Feat Nas)
QB Lyricist Nas joins Jada on this Mahog beat. The chorus shows nothing new. Ok song not feelin the beat.

4. Knock Yourself Out
Neptunes produced this and the beat is average Neptunes. Nothin special, average at best.

5. We Gonne Make It(Feat Styles)
Alchemist produces this one and it uses the same beat as Ras Kass’ “Home Sweet Home”. Great beat, and Styles and Jada trade off tight verses.

6. None Of Yall Betta(Feat Styles and Sheek)
DJ Premier produces a brilliant beat as the Lox flow well over it. Premo and Lox work well together, first “Recognize” now this. Tight track.

PK produces this one and it’s ok at best.

9. Nasty Girl(Feat Carl Thomas)
Timbaland lays down an average beat, sounds robotic. Pretty wack song. Skip it.

Wayne O produced a banger on this one. Dope track, Jada rips this track to pieces. Chorus is catchy and tight.

Jada hooks back up with Swizz on this one and the chorus may be the worst chorus ever. Wack song. Skip it.

13. Cruisin(Feat Snoop Dogg)
Oh man this song is straight garbage. Awful track. Skip it.

14. Kiss Is Spittin(Feat Nate Dogg)
Beat is similar to “Regulators”, Jada just can’t remake the classic even with one of the original regulators. Ok at best.

15. *****in Or What?
What a waste of a perfectly good Swizz Beats beat. Man the piano’s are very dope, but man what a waste. It’s your usual “Sex” song. They coulda used that Neptunes beat for this, but nooooo they gotta use the dope Swizz beat. Beat is good, chorus is trash and lyrics are trash.

16. It’s Time I See You(Feat Sheek, Styles, Drag On, Eve, Infa Red, and Cross)
Just Blaze lays down a very dope beat and the Rough Ryders rip it to pieces. All you Drag On doubters should peep this, he rips it.

17. What You Ride For?(Feat Fiend, Yung Wun, and Eightball)
Yea Yung Wun’s on the track! Ok anyway Fiend(Yes former NL soulja) produces a banger. Every1 comes dope, I even think Fiend has grown as a lyricist. Dope track.

18. Uh-Hunh(Feat DMX)
DMX sounds unmotivated, but still he comes tight. Jadakiss rips it! Good track.

Dope track, Ann Nesby sings a pretty good chorus. Good beat by Mahog. Jadakiss comes with some nice reflective lyrics.

All in all I’ll give this a 3.5/5 A solid album no doubt, but there was some wack fillers all throughout this. Buy it if you’re a Ruff Ryders fan.

Swizz Beats – G.H.E.T.T.O. Stories

Well Swizz takes the mic, and the first thing he says is “I am not a rapper” which is ironic, because he’s rappin on this song. Dope beat by Swizz. Good track.

3. Big Business(Jadakiss Feat Ron Isley)
Swizz produced a fairly odd sounding beat, but it works. Ron isley is great on the chorus. Jadakiss of course is spittin flames on this track. Great track.

4. Turn It Up(Interlude)
Just an interlude

5. Endalay(Swizz Beats Feat Busta Rhymes)
Starts off terribly, but it kicks in and it’s a great song. Dope beat by Swizz. Busta is well Busta on this track and that’s not a bad thing.

6. Shyne(Shyne Feat Mashonda)
This will please the Shyne fans, but I don’t see what’s so special about him. Decent track.

7. Ghetto Love(LL Cool J Feat Mashonda)
ZZZZZZZ… oh I’m sorry, this track is boring. Skip it.

9. Good Times(Styles)
I’m sure you have heard this track before, as it was on Styles solo. Great beat by Saint Denson and Swizz.

10. Gone Delirious(LiL Kim & Swizz Beats)
The beat is pretty good by Swizz. LiL Kim actually comes pretty tight. Good song.

11. N.O.R.E.(N.O.R.E.)
Noreaga comes with some funny lines(Of course), and Swizz lays down an ok beat. Decent song, not my favorite.

12. Let Me See Ya Do Your Thing(Baby & Yung Wun)
They waste Yung Wun on this track? And with Baby? I woulda liked to see a Yung Wun solo track but oh well you take what you can get. Kid Klever and Swizz drop a terrible beat. Yung Wun shines though.

13. Island Spice(Eve)
Blah this track sucks. Skip it.

14. Guilty(Swizz Beats Feat Bount Killer)
Bangin beat by J Brown and Swizz, sounds kinda like “Get At Me Dogg”. This is the lead single and it’s very catchy. Swizz comes pretty dope, and Bounty Killer comes tight.

15. Salute Me Remix(Nas, Fat joe, and Cassidy)
Swizz Beats produced a bangin track. Nas has a short but ok verse, Fat Joe has a pretty tight verse, and Cassidy kills it, man this guy is ill as hell. Dope track.

16. We Did It Again(Metallica, Ja Rule, and Swizz Beats)
Make it stop please make it stop. Metallica hasn’t been good since “And Justice For All” and Ja hasn’t been good since “VVV”. TERRIBLE!

17. Bigger Business(Swizz Beats Feat Ron Isley, P Diddy, Baby, Jadakiss, Snoop Dogg, Cassidy, and TQ)
Same beat, basically same chorus, and different verses and guests. Good track but P Diddy’s appearance is pointless and why have Baby on this track? Pointless. Cassidy kills this track(Of Course), Snoop comes with the usual stuff. Good track, nice way to end the album.

All in all I give this album a 3.5/5, good album, but some guests were pointless. I really don’t see why Yung Wun was only used on 1 track and he was a feature for Baby. Cop it if you’re a Ruff Ryders fan or a fan of Swizz’ production.
